Our Cancellation Policy:
•We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. The system will not allow you to make changes starting 48 hours prior to your appointment.
•We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Any cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
•Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours or less, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount plus tax.
•Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours or less and No-Shows, will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved service amount plus tax.
•Cancellation fees are non transferable, non refundable or to be used as credit for future appointment.
•Rescheduling and cancellations for Tuesday appointments must be made by the Friday prior, as we are closed Saturday - Monday.
•Please plan accordingly, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply, 100% of the scheduled service plus tax.
